Our complaints board will be up and running soon at a new location.

We want hear what you have to say and we are continually working to improve our day to day business. In the near future this is how it will work…you may submit your complaint online and you will be asked to supply us with your: (* indicates a mandatory field)

*Phone #
*Address
Account # (if you have it)
Last 4 digits of social (optional)
Any alternative last names (optional)
Any previous addresses (optional)
*Amount of debt with NCS
*Number of accounts with NCS

After submitting your complaint you will be contacted either by mail with a letter or by phone via the number you provided. In the event that for some reason we are not able to locate your file you will be contacted by phone. We are NOT able to respond to your compaint via email due to third party disclosure liability risks. Please call our office if you have any questions.

Please note
This forum will accept complaints NOT formal disputes. If you wish to dispute your account please submitt a written request into our office and you MUST provide adequate proof.

A complaint should be submitted in order to report any illegal practices or harrassment. A dispute is a written request filed when you are claiming that the account is invalid and if you provide documents of proof the account may be closed.
